Speaker for the High Council of Elder Magi. Lord Rimoah has been a long time ally of Lone Wolf and the Kai since their first meeting in Dessi when Lone Wolf was on the search for the Lorestones. After identifying Lone Wolf as the Skarn of legend, Lord Rimoah and the Elder Magi have since backed the Kai in the war against Naar.

Lord Rimoah was instrumental in first instilling the marrying of Battle Magic to the Kai in creation of Magi-Magic, which he first taught to Lone Wolf. Since Dessi is very far away, a visit to the Monastery is rare by Lord Rimoah, but there is always a buzz in the air when he is due to arrive as many Kai wish to see the power of Battle Magic in action.
