Ruler of destroyed world in the future, where he reigns over all with millions of Agarashi at his command. Shrouded in mystery, the wizards name is not known, or of his exact origins. All that is known is that he uses his staff and an amulet in tandem that when he kills his opponents, or are near at the time of death, he may absorb the soul of the dead into himself and grant himself any power that soul had when it was alive.

With this power and after conquering the Elder Magi, absorbing Lone Wolfs soul and many Kai, he became simply too powerful to stop and was able to conquer the world, leaving an avatar of himself of massive size that hovered above the world, as his eyes and ears.

He was encountered by the Kai and Grey Star, who knew they could not win and evaded so they could escape to the Kai Monastery. The wizard eventually managed to catch up to them slowly near the Monastery then eventually at the site of the old Shadow Gate.

After a desperate battle with the three Kai, the wizard attempted to stop them entering the Shadow Gate but was temporarily weakened by Grey Star allowing the Kai to fight him more evenly before they were able to escape him.
