Burdin Rockstep is an old man, by dwarven standards. The skin of his arms looks like it has shaped around far larger biceps, biceps that have since lost some size to shape into rock hard, dense muscles. The forehead of his thin, sharp face is wrinkled. Burdin's beard is gray and collected in a simple silver ring right over his belly, which has not quite taken on the size it would for any other old man with a taste for beer and food.

Burdin wears a parade armor with the sigil of Sky Citadel Kravenkus: a gray shield standing on a black rock, on both shoulders. An insignia with a tilted pickaxe over a horizontal line on his chest shows his sergeant rank to anyone familiar with dwarven military. The simple steel helmet is decorated by a horn on either side. His armor is complemented by a dwarven waraxe and a light steel shield emblazoned with the Kravenkus sigil, both hanging on his back. This is ceremonial, well-polished gear clearly displaying the proud, dwarven military tradition - and never meant to be used in combat.
