Francesca is a hot headed youth who wears her heart on her sleeve, she acts as though she has something to prove and is prone to getting tunnel vision when she sets her sights on an objective (or enemy).

Her ability to cheat death has fuelled her recklessness, but she remains some what of a crybaby when it comes to the pain that often comes along with being killed/injured.

In civilian life she lives with her Auntie Jessica, whom recently brought her to the US to escape the religious fuelled ire of those who saw her powers as some sort of curse.  Due to the rapid move she hasn't signed up to a school yet, so her days are largely spent exploring the new country and getting into trouble.

Frankie stands at around four and a half feet tall, a true pint-sized powerhouse, and has wavy platinum blonde hair down to her mid back.  She's as pail as cream and has a light dusting of freckles along with bright blue eyes.

A peculiar side effect of her powers manifests when she has to regrow a lost part of her body.  While her dimensions/features will never change, the tone of her skin as well as the colour of her eyes and hair can regrow completely differently, leading to a somewhat patchwork appearance along the lines of her heavy scars.

Her costume is still a work in progress, but currently it consists of braided hair (no use getting it in the eyes now!), a purple eye mask, and a unitard that (due to injury and repair) is as patchwork as she is.
