Appearance - As himself, there isn't much that makes Saul stand out. He looks like a typical freckled teen, having almost gone past the spots phase, but not quite harnessed the power of the shaving razor. Underneath his shirt, he has a noticeable burn scar on his torso where he held the book to his chest.
Occupation – School kid, though he sometimes works in a curiosities shop.
Residence - Saul has lived most of his life along the Oregon Coast, visiting family in one or two other states.

Personality - Saul has come into that age where he wants to come across as an adult, his recent burden only exacerbated this. While Saul wants to help people resolve something if it genuinely upsets them, if they keep being stuck on something really minor, Saul starts to lose a little patience.

Background - A teenager of the simple sleeping towns of Oregon, Saul grew up as a bit of a loner, though he had some friends he talked to. It couldn't be helped as his family liked to try and see quite a bit of the countryside, not always during the holidays. So he naturally became a bit of an outdoors type, adoring walks and hikes and spotting what wild life he could.

Origin - It was the obtaining of an old book that changed everything. Inside it, Saul found that there was a lock in between the pages, which eventually gave way to the curiosity of Saul. His curiosity would lead to a dragon returning to the world. He tried to stop it the only way he could think of, closing the book and hugging it to his chest when it refused to remain closed. This action caused the book to sear into his chest, leaving him marked by the magic and fused with the essence of Drocan, the Feasting Furnace.

Weight - 85kg
Appearance - When transformed, Saul grows scales all over his body, a tail from his back, black horns on his head in place of his hair (which burns away) and  more draconic facial characteristics.
But not only are the changes draconic, they are partially mundane, a little taller and a little more muscular.
Costume - When transformed, Saul's clothing changed from what he had before into a costume consisting of a red tunic and a few pieces of ceremonial armor (shoulder pads and arm/shin guards). The purple crest on the chest of the tunic is of a dragon flying in the air, curved to look like an "S" shape.

Heroic Motivation - If asked, Saul would say that it's a cool, awesome thing to do that helps people. Who doesn't want to be a superhero?
But honestly, that dragon that possesses him burns with a desire for dominance, battle and a desire to be freed. If he lets the dragon go free, they could be revived by another and bring about mass destruction. But if he does nothing, over time Drocan will bubble his emotions and overcome his body, making his sacrifice moot.
Heroics are an easy answer to sate these desires and retain control of his situation.
So, Saul has to go out, take this lust for battle and turn it into a fire that burns for justice!
