Vidar is a sticky and muscular dwarf, with broad shoulders and a barrel chest.  His thick brown beard is braided into bronze capped forks.  His right eye gleans an ice blue,. His other eye is covered in a milky film, an a dark scar descends from his scalp line to his cheek.  When dressed for battle, he wears a heavy maille hauberk, a large round shield across his back, at his hip is a seax and a short broad bladed sword, in his hand the heavy mattock of Dains' sturdy folk.
