Gallen is tall man with broad shoulders clad in armor, his long brown hair worn to his shoulders, his eyes are a kind hazel. Gallen is an Adarbrent, some of the newer nobility within Selgaunt, the City of the Merchant Princes, still Gallen is a gallant, he is the man whom is always holding the door for ladies and the elderly, he stops to pet dogs and he is in most ways an outstanding human.

All of this hides the fact that Gallen is not extremely worldly, his father whom he squired for kept him fairly sheltered the most excitement he had seen previously was someone fainting at court, or worse a duel that broke out between two men over a woman. He is amused by Silveraxe's habit of trying to "father" him in his views and he takes it all in stride. He is particularly worried about Fawn but he never says it because she has some looks that could kill. Still he is one good standing with most people he meets.

Most just find him to be charming, and his kind nature only adds to this charm.
