Kevin Bloom is a young man of about 25 with black hair and blue eyes.  He's medium-tall height (5'10") and build (165#) with a wiry physique and slightly pale features.  In his street clothes he tends towards leather jackets, denim and T-shirts.  Most of his clothes are second-hand, obtained from goodwill stores or even garbage cans and this shows.  On his right shoulder, he has a tattoo of a racing car with the letters "GTA" on the side of it.  Kevin detects as a mutant for those with the appropriate power/equipment.
