Ghost Dancer

Real name: Francis "Frank" Clarke

Part Lakota Sioux, Frank is a well built man with a ruddy complexion, dark hair and eyes. He was once considered tall at 5’11” but is average by today’s standards. He has a quiet contemplative personality, not shy but confident in a calming kind of way. He keeps a short beard, his hair long, and he wears tailored suites in a 1940’s fashion. Although a bit behind times he makes this seem modern without really trying. Although he may seem unassuming he is capable of great violence.

Powers:
Frank’s powers are derived from the Ghost Dance, which he must perform daily. He is the last surviving member of any family who participated in the Lakota version of the Dance, as such he is the inheritor of it’s power.
1) White Men’s Weapons would have no affect. The Lakota thought this would make bullets bounce off them.
It works kind of like this, but in a different way:
Any weapon which is more advanced than Stone Age (white men’s weapons) do not affect him. This takes several forms, bullets miss or pass through him, explosions do not harm him, etc, but any weapon made of wood, bone, stone, ice etc... or just plain fists will have full affect.
He heals quickly when at rest or in a meditative state (Regeneration but only when doing nothing else so not when in a fight).
He ages slowly.
2) They will outrun the stags. Stags can run ~50mph, and can do so in dense forests, meaning they could dodge trees, jump creeks and streams, and even bypass predators.
This one they got exactly right:
He has superhuman speed, agility, reflexes, etc that allow him to outrun a stag. He can run at ~60 mph with full ability to jump, dodge, etc.
3)The Lakota’s own weapons would strike true. The Lakota thought this would mean their weapons themselves would have some power.
This one worked very differently than they imagined:
He has a superhuman aim (with ranged and melee weapons) and he can pick up and figure out any weapon. He prefers weapons of the Second World War and Native American weapons, but that is personal preference not related to his ability.
