Personality

Likes: She's a thrill-seeker.  About the only time she smiles is when there's real danger about.  She was fond of cliff diving, sky diving, and any sort of dangerous athletic pursuit.  A career in aviation has always been of interest; she's always wanted to become a fighter pilot.

Dislikes: She hates to sit still for long; waiting around drives her crazy.  She's not fond of reading or writing, and really hates doing puzzles.  Playing cards is tolerable for short times, though she prefers to play for stakes.

Hobbies: She loves cliff diving and free climbing.  She enjoys martial arts, though she hasn't put in the practice to become very good at it yet.

History and Background

Dara grew up on Picon.  She had a good family, roughly middle class, and she had an older brother.  As a child she was a bit of a rebel; she was the sort who would climb things without asking first, and would wander off on her own at the slightest hint of boredom.  Things didn't much improve as she became a teenager; her thrill-seeking streak took her cliff-diving, skinny dipping, sky-diving, and free-scaling buildings.

It was a great time, but it couldn't go on forever.  Her parents, her school, they all began to pressure her.  "You need to do something with your life, Dara," they would say.  The pressure began to mount until she reached a decision; she would enlist in the Colonial Navy to become a Viper Pilot.  She was good at all sorts of sports, and had good reflexes, why wouldn't she make a good pilot?  Besides, that would be totally exciting.
