An older man; genuine Pre-War Trucker.  As grizzled and travel-tanned as one would expect from roaming the highways of this Wasted West.  He still cultivates a charming, friendly smile and easy going manner.  Especially with customers.  And everybody is a potential customer.

His nickname has nothing to do with being Turkish; obviously.  Iowa is a long way from Turkey.  He does have an odd habit of wearing a red fez though.  Nobody knows which came first, the name or the hat.  He dresses up a bit more when he puts on the show at night, telling stories and entertaining the survivors.

Turk drives an old rig decorated in an ever changing, ever more complex mural of graffiti.  Turk collects paints, old or new, whatever would-be artists might want to work with.  For a very small fee, anyone can add their own personal touch to the rolling art display.  Carrying their tags and artistic skill out into the wastes.  The truck is known as "The Grand Bizarre".
