No one really seems to know how old Bud is or how he's made it this far.  Or where he gets the cigars.  What they do know is that Bud produces the best beers and alcohol a scav could dream of.  Not to mention being in charge of ethanol fuel production.

Most of the actual driving is done by his son Dave, better known as "Bud Lite."

His truck is an old patched together cabover.  There is obvious effort to keep some kind of black paint on the old thing. Even the patched up box trailer has back paint daubed and swiped over it.  The cab doors and the sides of the trailer are marked with a large number "8".  Truck is generally called the "8-Ball."
