Nodding sadly, she continued as the image cut to a duty photo of the slain police officer.  In Rocket City Police Department dress blues, shoulders decorated with detective's insignia and the distinctive rocket-star badge on his chest, his tousled brown hair and intense hazel eyes greeted network viewers. “Detective Gonsalvez, Mars born and raised, was a ten-year veteran of the force and had served a number of years on the dangerous ice-pirate task-force.  He will be missed.”
