Physical Description:

Aksel is 6’1” tall and weighs 215 pounds. He has an athletic, muscular build.  Aksel has reddish brown hair and wears a beard.  He also has blue eyes which seem to twinkle with his generally positive outlook on life.  If you see him without his shirt you will notice that he has a 3 inch long scar on his right shoulder and a 5 inch long scar on his abdomen from wounds received in battle.

Aksel usually wears a Cavalry Stetson and as a reminder of the good times and camaraderie he had while serving as a browncoat air tank officer. Tankers did not wear the long duster coat associated with most browncoats but had a Tanker Jacket which was shorter and fit more snuggly. He carried twin revolvers as well.

Personality:
Aksel has a somewhat unusual personality in that he typically “understands” of both sides of an issue.  He always tries to anticipate the cost of his actions to all those involved and minimize the impact of his actions as much as possible on those who disagree with his position.  He believes people are basically good and not out to take advantage of others. When you get to know him he has quite a sense of humor.  He enjoys carousing and when he has had a few too many will break into bawdy military songs.  Aksel values honor and lives by his personal code of honor (Never take advantage of another person, Be respectful at all time, and Always help a lady in distress).
