Dr. Blight is an imposing woman who is always impeccably dressed.  She even has her doctor's smocks done my professional designers.  She could be a woman who runs a fashion house, but she's not.  She runs the hospital in Sanctuary.  The click of her four inch stiletto heels sends doctors and nurses alike scattering.   Her ash blonde hair is always styled perfectly, her make up is always done perfectly. She has never had  a run in her nylons or an earring misplaced.

Felicia Blights greatest feature is the aura she carries with her.  She is a force of nature.

The Human
Personality:
Many women are underestimated but not Felicia Blight.  She carries herself with a calm assurance that she knows what is going on.  In most cases she is right.  Thus she was a shoo in for the Representative position for the Downtown Area.

While she can be austere, Felicia Blight can be quite understanding and kind to the right person.  As a demon she as a keen sense for the evils of man.  She takes great pleasure in twisting the knife on those who harm others.  Her oath as a doctor, however, she upholds- and oath is an oath after all.  She does no harm... to a patient.

The Story
Character Background:
Dr. Blight appeared in Sanctuary only six years ago.  She was hired as the Director of the Sanctuary Hospital and has done a good job of keeping the institution up to date, relevant, and almost magically adept at saving lives.  According to her online presence, she states that she was educated at Harvard Medical.  She shows several jobs throughout the United States leading to her current job.
