The Who:
Of all the genetically modified humans, ILOX is perhaps the closest to perfection the current technology and resources could allow. The passion project of Dr. Hargrove Ethschild, ILOX (Indigenous Life of Origin Xylis) was created in a controlled environment using spliced strains of Xylis DNA. The goal was to achieve a viable breeding chain that could be mixed into the human populous to produce offspring that would be more suited to Xylis' chaotic world.

Instead of accolade, however, Ethschild was shunned by his peers, terrified and horrified by the small child he'd managed to create. Not all of Hydron was opposed, however, and the military quickly took interest in the small snow-haired girl. Taking over ownership of her, she was raised to be the perfect soldier, and enforcer that did not disobey. As Purest sentiments rose, however, Sybil's place in Hydron rapidly deteriorated, and she was sent on a suicide expedition to Brilos.

There, she fell under the command of Claudius, the current leader of Brilos' people. Against the odds, she managed to survive, though the way back to Hydron was barred. She became the head of his security. The monster in the night. The firm hand of control over the city and its guard.
