Moira is a lovely Halfling woman who's diminutive stature belies a big personality.  Cheerful, prone to humor, and always in search of good food and company - she's precisely the sort of person one enjoy a night of drinking with.  Moira cherishes her life and freedom, always hungry for adventure and new experiences, though she's just as likely to dote on others like a mother hen wanting to feed and comfort folk in need.  That said, she certainly has a temper that's quick to rise when in the company of fools and Moira is never one to hold her tongue when it comes to turning those motherly instincts to lecturing.

Originally from a nomadic caravan of fellow Halflings, Moira eventually gravitated toward the city-state of Hillsfar when it came under xenophobic rule.  Given her love of others and a genuine hatred of oppression, Moira put her wit, beauty, and nimble talents to use in favor of the victimized communities; first as a smuggler and then among the ranks of the civilian army itself as a Captain.  However, she crossed the Red Plume guards one time too many and had to flee until the heat died down.  She'll venture out on other tasks for a while, but it's only a matter of time before she returns to Hillsfar to continue fighting the good fight.
