Name: Warren Worthington III

Biography: Warren is the heir to the Worthington Industrial fortune. Worthington Industrial, through a multitude of subsidiaries, made an enormous amount of capital during the Great War, selling equipment, supplies, and weapons to all sides of the conflict. This has shielded the Worthington's considerably from the woes of the Great Depression rocking the civilized world. In his mid-teens, Warren grew white feathered wings from his back, like his alias' namesake. Seeing the hatred and divisiveness around him, though, Warren decided to keep this a secret from everyone.


Cover: Now in his late twenties, Warren runs an enormously successful night club he has dubbed 'Heaven'. Heaven is an establishment where all are welcome, regardless of ideology, and he doesn't tolerate any sort of violence against other patrons on the premises. Heaven is also a front for many businesses, both legal and illegal. Warren has been instrumental in running alcohol through the city through prohibition. He lines the pockets of many NYC police officers and minor SHIELD members with a considerable amount of cash to keep prying eyes out of his business and away from his clientele.


Powers:

Wings- has enormous wings that grew from his back that allow him to fly. He can achieve speeds of roughly seventy miles per hour, faster during a dive. The wings are strong enough to be used in a fight as an extension of his body. He has developed his own fighting style that allows him to take advantage of the reach that his wings provide him, as well as the fact that they can give him an aerial advantage.
