Ugloz's typical form is a long-limbed creature. Sinewy arms end with six sharp talons on each hand and it has three-toed, digi-grade legs. Hard, black skin covers its body except for the head which is a bare, bone-white skull; dark ram-like horns erupt from a skull that is canine in appearance, with a long snout and formidable fangs. A dark mane frames its face and trails down its shoulder blades. It has a spiny back and slender, pointed tail that seems to flick with its mood. It can lope around on all fours or arrange its body in such a way (with much popping and cracking of joints) to walk around on two legs. Its body looks hard and well-muscled. Two twin dots of light illuminate its otherwise empty sockets and a divine flame burns in its body, lighting the back of its throat. Like a beast it wears no clothes or finery. From snout to tail it is roughly 12 feet long.

When flaring its divine aura, Ugloz's form bursts, bones twisting and jutting through skin, its entire mass rearranging into a big, black Something with many legs, arms, and eyes, all constantly shifting and rearranging; all conventions of what a body should be and how a body should behave are rejected, a display of its chaotic nature.

Ugloz is commonly referred to as it, and has no preferences for pronouns. It's a primordial god in its roots and doesn't really bother with conventions like gender presentation. It is happy to be referred to as it, she, he, or they. If pressed to declare one by other gods it defaults to "she" because of the association with creation and motherhood among other races.

When Ugloz speaks, it does not seem to move its jaws. Its voice seems to rumble up from somewhere deep within its chest.
