Teresa Reddington

Name: Teresa 'Red' Reddington
Age: 23 years old
Gender: Female

The reality is: there is nothing 'red' about Teresa Reddington. She likes the color, wears it enough to keep her blending in with the rest of them. But they still call her red, mostly because of her last name. No one remembers where she came from, but that's alright with her. Not everyone needs to know all about you just by looking at you, you know.

One look at her and you'll see a skinny girl of average height with long dark brunette hair that frames a slender face, a rather sharp nose and big ol' eyes the size of golf balls. Surely if you stare hard enough she'll stare right back and pierce a hole into your face with the sheer size of her hazel eyeballs. Her skin is pale and lightly freckled across her nose, and a slew of piercings decorate her ears. Her choice of attire is rather plain; Teresa prefers to blend in rather than stick out. Casual t-shirts and jeans could be paired with an oversized coat or plaid shirt, her closet with just enough rotation to last her a week without having to do laundry.

There's been some rumor about her involvement with a child, but for the most part folks around Shaddingham don't ask too many questions about a girl who generally keeps to herself. She seems pretty nice from the outside looking in, but there's a thin veil of darkness that lies just beyond those tired, golf ball eyes of her. During the colder seasons she sells coffee and pastries out the back of an old white van every morning during the busier hours presumably to make ends meet, and disappears before the lunch rush. In the warmer seasons her van turns into an ice cream truck, although her patterns remain the same: she'd like very much to avoid as much attention as she can when it comes to turf wars, after all.

Some assume she also sells drugs from the van as well, but the few unknowing customers that have questioned her have long since thought to do otherwise. She does of course, she's just a bit more cautious about it.
