Welcome to Invisible Sun: A Pursuit of Truth

Jan Saadi

The man himself is a small and bustling example of the Vislae, skin so pale as to be almost as transparent as the paper  plastered over all the windows, like parchment that has been scraped thin too many times.  His eyes are over large, and slightly too reflective, catching the glow of the small forge on his work station almost like a cat's might.  He is usually found in a thick leather workman's apron, the tools of his trade sticking out of a hundred pockets and straps.  His speech can only barely be heard over the crackle of the forge, his tone quiet and unassuming when he addresses his customers.  He slurs slightly as well, making his words even more difficult to understand.  He is patient with his customers though, happy to repeat himself endlessly until he is understood.  Indeed, it is rapidly apparent to any and all who pay him patronage that he is quite devoted to his customer base.  Love might be too strong a word, but only just, and pays exceeding care to any and all who enter his shop.
