Persona: SaiSei is a sensitive creative soul, but also takes his work quite seriously making him come across quiet direct while at work at least, outside of work he feels the need to keep feeding his creativity at any opportunity to a point of ignoring his own needs in an oblivious sense and is certainly happiest when creative.

This can make him a little selfish, no, he's more creatively obsessed, then selfish or self absorbed, probably the only exception to this would be when he finds his muse, that person he can emotionally an creatively bounce off feed off.

Description: Saisei is physically in great shape as someone who enjoys swimming he is often found spending time in the mornings at the pool, he stands at around five foot eight inches, not quite from the land of giants, a creature of habits, Swim at sunrise, Bloody Mary, sometimes a virgin, sometimes not so pure, followed by light guitar strumming poolside, he's slowly getting better with time but more then good enough for a little gentle strumming poolside, the noise mostly getting lost in the ocean breeze, either that or sketching ideas on his pad. His body is covered jaw to toe in tattoos, a patchwork masterpiece of quality work each one done by the greats of the industry, he still has a couple spots left open he's saving for a couple artists he hasn't come across yet.

That was the good thing about the cruise ship, the chance with each stop over on the round the world cruise is a chance to find one of his tattooists on his list.

His jawline is accentuated in thick salt an peppered stubble, as he is starting to grey at a young age, though he would agree they aren't grey hairs, but silver, or lacking any color at all. His wide eyes open to the worlds inspiration have a sharp focus to that deep brown, dilated pupils might make some wonder if he's on something, he isn't, other then enjoying a drink a little too early in the day like he's perpetually on holiday, considering he's on a cruise ship as an on appointment only tattooist, he figures he kind of is.


Background:
Saisei is one of those people who just seem to get away with not oversharing, He doesn't give away much at all, not by his lack of definable accent, certainly not Japanese, but it could as easily be British as American, his child hood was just something he didn't find he needed to discuss to define himself, his definition came from his creativity, in his mind he was simply someone who lived in the present.

It was an eighteenth birthday present which had given him the idea to propose working on the boat to the captain, the captain had been admiring his work on his arm in conversation, a perfect time to suggest that was his resume, the captain agreed it was something unique for the ship, which he was all about, a free spirit, he's worked on the PP ever since, a nickname he keeps forgetting the captain asked him not to use for obvious reasons.

His time ashore is spent studying under the greats of his trade for free though he is more then capable as an artist he is always trying to improve.
