Andrei the Amazing is about four feet tall, and either dressed in an impeccable suit or in colorful circus garb.  His time at the Circus Gleich taught him about showmanship and knives, leading to him being the circus' most popular knife thrower.

He often looks stern, and has a deadpan sense of humor.
