Born on a Shadow Earth destroyed by the Black Road during Patternfall he's one of only a few likely survivors.  Mac, as his former friends used to call him, doesn't know who his real father is but finally learned that his mother was Dara from the Courts of Chaos but whoe was daughter of Corwin (or Benedict according to Corwin) just that he wasn't exactly like the other people he grew up with and his foster family kept it from him right up till they left him.

When at court he wears a well appointed sleeveless doublet of a silvery blue-gray color with orange stitching.  Beneath that he wears a simple black silk shirt and hose that is matched with knee high dark brown boots.  It is simple but well tailored enough to be seen among other nobles.  A more muted gray cloak is pinned back with a pair of small pins looking like Kanizsa's Triangles on top of his shoulders showing he was hiding nothing but made him look like he was just as ready to be out in the wild as there in court.

When outside of court the doublet and shirt reverse in color and the weave comes from simple wool and cotton.  The sleeveless black doublet with orange pipping is matched to a grey shirt and grey trousers fitted into half-calf boots that were far more comfortable and well worn.  The pair of Kanizsa's Triangle pins remain as well except now they are at affixed on either side of the mandarin collar and the grey cloak is exchanged for a grey Kreigsmarine jacket that is closer to a longcoat.  The well worn thing likely came with him from his original world and the scuffs and wear from walking the Black Road when it existed.

Mac's black hair is paired with icy blue eyes that are paler than anything else he wears and thus appears just as starkly out of place as the orange threading.  At the moment he still looks a little gangling giving the impression that while he was pushing six foot he wasn't quite done growing up or filling out.
