A Cimmerian who volunteered to become a gladiator, Verus is a fearsome opponent who revels in the violence he is capable of. His favoured weapon in the arena is a mighty battleaxe, and he is quite fond of chopping limbs off his opponents to the delight of the crowd. He is proud and places little value on the needs of others.
