Physical Description: Petite, thin and waifish - Starfire has pale, expressive features. He dressed fairly typically, favoring jeans and baggy clothing over a thin body. He appears younger than he is, which is further marked by his attitude.

When his powers are active, typically he's wreathed in an orange, fiery glow and his skin takes on a fiery cast. The somewhat tenuous control over his power he holds gets reflected in the way some of his attire tends to get burned up with prolonged or stressful use of it.

Powers: Radioactive Blasts, Flight, Superhuman Endurance and Strength

Biography: (?) Starfire emerged when a flaming meteor struck a destroyed Midwestern United States suburb in August of 2552. Not much was heard out of him until this year, when he started showing up around settlements and protecting 'innocents' rather violently. The energy blasts that he hurls at those he deems cruel or villainous (and who isn't at least a little of those things in these times) are vicious and leave charred corpses and destruction in his wake.

Flaws/Weaknesses: Power Instability - Starfire has tenuous control over his energy blasts and certainly not enough to minimize their destructive potential. If he were pushed far enough and lost control it could be disastrous...

Unsavory Adjectives:

Mentally Unstable: Starfire isn't quite right, mentally or emotionally. There are cracks in his psyche there that are just getting wider...

Lonely: Starfire has been wandering around for years and never fit in anywhere before, he's desperately lonely and lacks the social skills to integrate with people particularly well.

Reckless: Starfire doesn't seem to understand that sometimes his powers cause more harm than good. He fiercely believes he's on the right side of any situation he finds himself in (and it's all too easy for that to be manipulated) and will fight without caution or restraint that is typically warranted.

Abundant Resources:
Protection from Elements: The elements don't actually harm him and when it is around and stable, he absorbs much of the harmful radiation around him, making it 'safe' to travel with him.
Power: Starfire is practically a living battery of radiation and in a controlled situation can provide ample energy. Keyword: Controlled.

Sufficient Resources:
Food & Water & Raw Materials & Transportation: He can fly around and find what he needs, generally. His body is largely adapted to feed off the radiation around him.

Deficient Resources:
Weapons, Air Filters, Workforce, Manufacturing: Lacking community, Starfire has limited ability to get any of these items and would need to rely on others for them.
