Age: 18 to 81 (true age: 25)
Height: 4'3" to 8' 7"

Twin snake tattoos run from the sides of her skull, draping down over her shoulders, to twine around her spine; the one whose head starts at her right temple wraps around her left side to skirt around her bellybutton before traversing down the front of her left hip, draping down the thigh to wrap around the back of the knee and taper around her shin to its end on the front of that foot. The left temple snake winds sinuously across the small of her back and right hip before coiling three times around her right thigh, tapering to a point just above the back of her right knee. Both forearms are covered to the elbow in tattoos of the night sky, black ink coating the flesh wherever stars and vague lines aren't from elbows to the backs of her knuckles

Biography:
Colette's mother abandoned her to the mercy of the city's child services program shortly after birth, giving the girl nothing more than a name and a slip of paper saying "Birth Certificate" and bearing only one name -Lily Sloan- in the parents section. Lily had been sixteen when she was kidnapped and locked in a basement for four months. Four months after the ordeal had ended with her captor being identified and arrested she had given birth and then disappeared from the baby's life. The doctors had diagnosed a rare strain of progeria in the child, paired with brain scans indicating a high likelihood of schizophrenia. Colette was placed in special care wards under the half-glazed watch of public nurses worked to exhaustion, not expected to develop into much of anything.

Yet the progeria had been a slight misdiagnosis, one based on circumstantial evidence not backed up by genetic proof. The child did indeed age at an accelerated rate, born two months premature yet mostly developed, but this was a side effect of her ability as she bled youth into her umbilically attached mother. Colette quickly saw the hand of Fate in her independence from the burdens of sentimentality and connection with other humans, her power developing in a compounding circle with her psyche.

At three years of true age she escaped the orphanage, passed herself off as an adult with fake identification she gained from the internet, gained common living with other wards of the state, and acquired a job working in a factory that was a distant third-party subcorporate entity controlled by a conglomerate owned by Wayne Industries. She held the job and housing up to the beginning of the apocalypse, and was one of the lucky few to gain domicile in the Tower after all was finished; all the while appearing to age at a slightly accelerated rate and with reduced abilities.

History:
Her power made her hyper-intelligent at a young age, allowing for even more advanced exploration of her ability. She learned early that she could become a teenager or an adult nearly instantly by storing youth in a silver spoon. Combining spurts of focus and clarity, where she wrote down lists of exactingly simple instructions, with far longer periods of reduced mental capacity during which she could follow the instructions, she developed her abilities nearly to their extent given her circumstances and the innate attributes she possessed. In this manner, she joined an elitist forum group at an early age, gaining access to resources and connections, including people with powers. As she grew older, she forayed into the darker places of the internet and the city and continued making connections; albeit to a very select few. She began using her powers to boost her physical and mental abilities to participate in organized crime as a freelancer at the age of seven, although doing so at the apparent age of thirty-two.

These jobs quickly gained her a reputation in the underground, although they were very few and far between, lending to an agreeable air of mystery that nicely cloaked her "progeria-crippled" alter-ego. She went on to utilize the connections gained through those actions to access metahuman abilities. Killed her first 'super' at nine, gaining a large reserve of lifespan at the expense of a metahuman 'gifted' with immortality. After this, she took after the rising trend in reviving dead superheroes and began selectively hunting and killing supers that matched the power profile of Captain Marvel, a godlike metahuman that had existed in multiple universes at once.

So far she's collected and stored a large well of Herculean strength and Atlassian durability from metahumans; shored up by large stores of her own physical strength, stamina, and health, these are truly as powerful as Hercules and Atlas when drawn upon.

She's acquired a portion of Solomon, absorbing nearly every language and storing a great deal of intellect, plus she has the ability to store memories within items for perfect recall; yet she lacks the psychic abilities, the omniscience, and the ability to turn luck.

Over two decades spent weak and infirm in a wheelchair, afraid of nearly everyone all the time, has enabled her to store and compound Achilles' courage and mental fortitude and a portion of Mercury's superhuman levels of speed, although flight and superluminal speeds are still beyond her.

She has yet to gain access to any of Zeus' abilities, but has leads on a metahuman with time-manipulation abilities... they call him, the Doctor.

Other Information:
Power
Imbue Talent

This power is the ability to store any 'physical or mental property or metahuman ability' (Talent) within a physical object. Pure metals and perfectly faceted gems are the best for storing large volumes of Talent, with physical and mental properties being stored in metal, and metaphysical properties in gems.

This ability extends to anything she touches, allowing her to not only Imbue Talents from herself into items, but from items into herself, from herself into another, from another into an item, etc. Imbuing a physical or mental property from another person into herself is only possible if that property is greater than her own. This applies to metahuman abilities of the same type as well (i.e. superhuman strength).

While this Imbuing process is in effect, if Colette is on the receiving end, she gains access to the ability at a strength proportional to her rate of drawing, which incrementally depletes the stored Talent within the item. When drawing a Talent from another person, she can draw up to 1 factor less of the power's maximum potential (a 5 would be drawn as a 4); however, a firm connection must be established to make large draws (i.e. landing a punch on Bane while drawing on her exceptional strength wouldn't immediately cripple her, yet it would be noticeable after repeated hits, or in case of a grapple). This can easily be perceived by the person being drawn from, as the Talent is literally being siphoned into a reservoir directly from the source, and that person will only have access to the remaining factor that is either left over, or isn't being drawn upon. If she is in the process of drawing from a person, and that person dies, she has the opportunity to harvest the Talent energy released in death, gaining a maximum of 2000 seconds worth of that Talent at it's maximum potential; however, this requires an enormous amount of focus to enable, and a period of time afterward during which the Talent is too unstable to draw upon.

When Imbuing a Talent that she possesses from an item into herself or another who possesses said Talent, the Talent compounds, multiplying itself by a factor.

These stores of power are not necessarily keyed to Colette; should another person gain access to one of these stores, they would be capable of drawing on the Talent contained within. First, the other human would need to have some sort of perception into metaphysical properties. After that, it works much like Superman flying; it's not something that can really be described in an instruction book, it has to naturally be learned and mastered. However, unless Colette tells them what's in a storage, they won't know until they tap it.

Power Lingo
Dump - Currently Imbuing all but the bare minimum of a Talent into something
Push - Currently Imbuing one or two levels of a Talent into something
Level - Halting all Imbuing of a Talent
Pull / Draw - Currently Imbuing up to her base level (min 1) of a Talent into herself
Flash - Imbuing the entire contents of a storage into herself in a single instant. Increases max potential by a level and consumes the storage. Effect time is not more than 5 seconds

Flaws/Weaknesses:
Spends most of her time an infirm cripple with meager, yet cunning, intellect

Suffers from a Jekyll / Hyde complex, insofar as she's got multiple personality disorder that manifests in the form of a naively innocent, sociopathic manipulator paired with a hyper-intelligent, hyper-violent, unstoppable juggernaut with loose (at-best) morals; and a few others thrown in based on Talent blend at the time

Elitist survivalist, believing in supremacy (or at least utter freedom) of the mightiest...
yet spends most days imprisoned in a geriatric body, subject to all the aches, pains, frailties, and senility associated with such; with all the might and knowledge unknowable and draining into the wells shes planted in her body

Rarely open with true thoughts and feelings

Generally mistrusting of anyone with authority or power

High levels of power have a limited well, and can be taken from her and used by others

Resources:

Abundant
Raw Materials - Made lots of connections with people who can find and acquire perfect gemstones and high-quality precious metals, as well as access to superhumans
Manufacturing - Colette has access to factory level machining
Power - Home might be subject to occasional brownouts, but work has steady power, is often open long hours, and she's not usually bothered when working on her after-hours, personal projects

Sufficient
Shelter - She shares common housing with two small families in Wayne Tower. It's not super private, and both other families also need to make use of the common handi-accessable amenities, but it's protected
Water - Living in Wayne tower has its advantages, readily available clean water is one of them
Weapons - Besides the ones she has on her person, Colette has a small stockpile of Imbued items she can use if need be
Food - Good food is hard to come by in abundance, especially when shared with two other families, but is nowhere near as scarce as it would otherwise be
Air Filters - As above

Deficient
Workforce - She has no friends and no minions, a lone-wolf in truth
Transportation - Her wheelchair and her own legs are all the transportation she has, although she is capable of running very very fast
