Physical Description: Tall and petite, with the body of an aphrodite and legs that never end. Thick, black hair falls in perfect ringlets around her shoulders, framing a face made for movies and pictures. Her pouty, expressive lips are always colored dark red, contrasting well against her dark hair and scintillating green eyes.

Biography:
Ridley is one of Wayne Tower's most visible, least accessible members. The girl is never seen unattached to a powerful bachelor, and the rumors regarding her proclivities combined with her impeccable grooming and fashion ensures a near- constant lineup of such bachelors.

When not escorting or seducing Gotham's big league, she's breaking and entering into their domiciles, using her incredible speed to collect trinkets. Of course, these stolen goods are then traded for dirt and information (when they aren't for her directly). There isn't a person in the upper echelon whose closet full of skeletons she hasn't seen, though she was really in there for the Jimmy Choos...

History:
The debutante daughter of William Everette, Ridley lacked for nothing in life up until the day the world ended. Her daddy, multimedia mogul and owner of the Alpine Regional Bank chain, ensured his baby girl was granted her every wish. Life was perfect, up until the day the war arrived on Gotham's doorstep and ended everything. Without economy or mass- media, her family was determined to be off little continued value, and not granted domicile in Wayne Tower.

Forced into a life of squalor and required to invest her own effort into survival, she learned of a skill she had never even known she had. Once realized, she wasted little time in abandoning her stricken family to the will of this fractured world, setting out to steal back the life she rightly deserves. Now she operates as a cat burglar and escort, finding that even in the wasteland, powerful men still need attractive baubles on their arms and cocks.

Speedster - Even in her most fashionable stilettos, Riley is able to easily keep pace with speeding motorcycles, planes, trains, and nearly anything else. When running full- speed, she appears as little more than a wispy blur (although ultra- high- speed cameras are capable of catching a slightly more resolved humanoid image), and things like bullets move in slow motion for her.
