Moldyvort

Moldyvort has given up quite a bit in his pursuit of power. Youth and good looks are some of the more obvious things he no longer has. Like all those in the tournament he has his strengths and weaknesses.

He had spells and spell like abilities, but compared to others he is not even close to mid tier in terms of power.


can produce a "form" of magic darkness that NOTHING is capable of seeing through


his "zone of darkness" is VERY difficult to suppress with light spells/effects, it is not magic and is unaffected by dispel or AMF

All light spells cast near him change to deeper darkness.

Daylight spells become deeper darkness as well..and also the caster of daylight is not able to see through that specific deeper darkness. (This blocks all vision or vision-like sense, regardless of source)


All undead within 20 ft of him heal +4 points per round  (negative energy)
All living creatures (and plants) within 20 ft take 4 damage per round (negative.energy.

He is very durable, able to recover unnaturally quickly. But in the event that something is able to overcome his defenses...he has a high chance of "dying"
...if he does he will wake up 2d4 days later (twice that if his body is completely destroyed)

There are only two way to kill him PERMANENTLY.


He is ACTUALLY only 3 HD...BUT concerning spells and effects that turn/destroy or command/rebuke undead, he TREATED as if 31 hd.
