Older than the average adventurer, Ramirez is not quite as spry as he was in his youth, but he retains a roguish charm and good looks.

Ramirez prefers to dress in fine clothes, and carries a quarterstaff, with a dagger tucked into his belt, though he prefers to stay out of combat unless all his other options have been exhausted. Ramirez generally can talk himself out of a tight spot, and he's definitely been in a few.

Prior to devoting himself to the arcane arts, Ramirez was a successful trader, until he found to his surprise that he was able to decipher the spells in a book he happened upon.  Since then, he's been obsessed with learning all he can of spells, magic, and other curiosities.
