Irina Bocharov

Description: Irina is a drop dead gorgeous woman, the kind any man would be proud to have on his arm. Beautiful raven hair flows down to the small of her back, her body curves perfectly in all the right places, and those firm C cups on her chest promise to be a handful. It was be very possible to be lost in her amber eyes, drown in the song of her voice, melt into the silk-smooth skin of her body. This walking perfection was not crafted by the Gods yet her own hand, the shriveled up remains of what once was between her legs is proof of that...

Psychological Evaluation, as performed by Dr. Dorian Gray upon request by Sandra Dee: Irina is in every sense a normal and healthy woman. She loves pretty things, enjoys cooking, and has every desire to be a happy home maker straight out of 1950s Americana. She was discovered by Hank in a New Jersey swamp when he was running for police, and Irina took him in. They were supposed to pretend to be lovers to disguise Hank at any checkpoints, but this turned into deep and real feelings on behalf of both of them. While Irina has supernatural powers that were intended for her life as a Super Soldier as well as the training and skills to support such, she acknowledges them yet uses them when she feels such is required and not with abandon or at any excuse real or imagined.

She has been fully accepting of every member of the group, and not reacted poorly to anything she's discovered about any of them. If nothing else, her warm smile and gentle attitude is a great boon to the party as a whole in my opinion.

End Evaluation.

History: A boy grew up in an orphanage in Russia, with no memory of his parents or anything save his current surroundings. As was common in the USSR, at the age of 18 he was placed into the service of his country; when tested it seemed he showed some level of psychic ability. This lad was entered into an elite program, where he was to be trained and transformed into a Spetsnaz ('Special Operations Forces' or 'Special Purpose Military Units') Super Soldier.

Psychological evaluations were regular and mandatory, to make sure those enrolled were faithful completely to the USSR; it was over the course of the sessions that it was discovered the man showed unease and discomfort, so indoctrination methods were used to make him loyal to the Hammer and Sickle. This did not make the discomfort the shrink saw go away, and eventually it was discovered that the man was upset about his own sex; he felt there had been a genetic mistake, and he should have been born a woman.

Thought to be insane by his superiors, the man was slated for extreme testing of their methods and deemed expendable.

An American spy made contact, and promised a better life in the United States; homosexually lived freely out in the open, and people like her lived the way they wished. Excited to find out this truth, she happily accepted help to escape and defect.

It turned out he was sold a pack of lies, that the US only wanted to know about the USSR super Soldier program. When they felt he couldn't tell them anything more, they locked him up in a black site to experiment and research his powers with little to no regard to him; he was a defector, his country would not want him back or kill him. He was a sick little lab rat, thinking he should have been born a girl, killing him would just end the sicko's misery in their mind. If he managed some good first for their side, all the better...

That was until he ran into a scientist by the name of Frederick Von Muhlenberg, a brilliant man working for the United States government. His grandfather had worked relunctantly for the Nazies in WW II, and what was being done to this man made Frederick recall those stories. Frederick used his considerable skills to free the man, and they went on the run together.

The scientist felt sorry for the broken promises sold to the Russian, so he tried to make it right; by stealing estrogen treatments and medications meant for aging women, he was able to slowly transform the man into the woman he so badly wanted to be. To this end the fellow took on actions and behaviors befitting this transition, even going so far as to take a new name;

Irina Bocharov.

Irina means Peace, in defiance to her supposed purpose as a Super Soldier to her country.

Bocharov refers to one who works with copper, and is the same in the USSR as the name Smith in America.
