Barbara

Barbara has never been the sort of person who could blend in with a crowd.  From birth, her body has generated a brightly colored protective shell.  These thin layers have built up one on top of the other for years, growing harder and denser with each iteration.  On any given day, she might be a glossy blue, orange, purple, red, green, yellow, or white with flecks of the other colors spread over her like Crayola branded freckles.  When she's taken blows hard enough to actually crack her shell, deep fissures reveal the rainbow colored strata of her body as parts fall away or flake off.

Standing 6'8", Barbara would probably stand out even if not for her technicolor skin tone.  Her body is muscular and well-defined, suggesting that she weight trains even with her enhanced physiology.  She keeps her hair cut fairly short, keeping it up and off of her shoulders, though she regularly dyes it to better contrast with her skin tone of the moment, though occasionally she settles for her natural black with a brightly colored streak to "give her hair a rest".  Puberty has been very kind to Barbara, and sometimes she has trouble reconciling how people treat her current amazonian proportions with her memories of being a funny-colored tomboy (Attractive 2).

In her civilian garb, Barbara tends to mix a crop top or sports bra with cargo pants which hug her hips with a broad canvas belt.  Her boots have to be custom made, the soles made of tire rubber rather than conventional material to better support her weight, and are held secure with a number of straps rather than laces (the lack of sensation in Barbara's finger tips makes tying knots more trouble than its worth).  For accessories, she's rarely found without a black choker and reinforced fingerless gloves (though she tends to have to replace the latter frequently).

Complications
Father Knows Best:  Barbara's father terrorized her for much of her life,
and even being practically indestructible physically hasn't shaken his hold over
her.  A career criminal with a grudge over the daughter who got him incarcerated,
it's unlikely their story is finished.

Gunslinger Mentality:  Barbara has a lot of pride in herself as a fighter,
and is infamous for her brawls with other metas back home.  If someone challenges
her to a one-on-one fight, she'll happily step forward every time, and it's not
uncommon for her to "call out" someone she has a problem with to a fight.

Obvious Metahuman:  Barbara's protective shell does not "turn off", she
always has it, and as such is always very clearly a metahuman (even if you dug
down through all her layers of armor, the body underneath is a bright shade of
pink and kind of spongy to the touch).  She frequently finds herself being used
an an example of what metahumans "are like" because she stands out, and those with
prejudices against metahuman-kind find her a convenient target.

Public Identity/Internet Famous:  Barbara's distinctive appearance means
that there was never really a chance for her to have a secret identity.
"Jawbreaker" is more a ring name than a pseudonym for her, which can be a bit of a
problem when you've got a cadre of hardcore superfight fanatics following your
exploits and social media.  Barbara doesn't want to seem unappreciative, her
followers boosting her rescue-oriented actions after the Vigilante Act was passed
are largely how Kurt Masterson found her in the first place, but she doesn't
really
know how to handle the attention either.

Quirk: "Did you feel something?":  Barbara is covered in a protective shell
which she cannot feel through.  Something must surpass the threshold of her
Impervious Toughness before she registers it, and Barbara automatically fails
touch-based Perception tests that don't meet that threshold.
