Ostensibly the highest ranking thearch in Portland, he has worked hard to maintain his order's good name in the wake of Phaethon's death.  Supported in his bid for councillorship by the elder magus Cedalion, it is Condatis' skill as a politician and deal-maker that has kept him at the forefront of the Consilium.

Nimbus:The world around Condatis grows still for a moment as flickers of blue light begin to form behind him accompanied by the drip...drip of falling water.  These tracers of energy seem to fade in and out as though the edges of some great shape moves unseen between their source and the observer.
