Precis
Ostensibly chosen by 'vote' to become the Thrysus councillor after Dido's ascension to Hierarch, Aster is not a particularly political individual or at least not on the mortal plane.  A devoted member of the Garrison, she spends most of her time tending to the balance between the Shadow and the Material world.  Some might say that she neglects her duties as Councillor in favor of these pursuits, but only the least cautious would do so where she might hear it.

Nimbus:The world around Aster dims slightly, colours fading and washing out to leave blues predominating as a rustling sound like leaves in an Autumn wind can be heard.  Those touched by her magic bear a hint of that Fall crispness about them and often seem just a little less vibrant than they should be.
