Joat is a short man, at just four and a half feet tall, weighing just eighty pounds. He has a ruddy complexion, with sandy blonde hair and circle beard. He is in his early thirties, though not quite sure how old exactly. He is uncomfortable with people, and has a hard time looking people in there eyes. He wears clothing made of patches of many older pieces, with an armor made of fur and hide worn over it. Over this is a large well made green leather cloak.

He is often accompanied by Rusky his Seskii beast companion. Rusky is has reddish-yellow scales covering his body, with reddish colored crystals growing on his back. He has a doglike face with larger canine teeth. He is two feet tall at the should and about seven feet long, five with his tail. He has frills going down the sides and front of his neck with small spikes growing on them, he also wears a heavy leather spiked collar around his neck. His body is the shape of a dogs, but his legs are more lizard like, with large five fingered feet with sharp black claws.

He sometimes has with him Morne, his Aneen mount. Morne is a large green bipedal reptile with a large bulbous head that hangs below its back. He has two small front limbs it can use to stand on if it must, but its back legs are long and powerful. He has a short stubby tail.
