Brother Dax is a good-looking human who is either on the high-end of short, or the low-end of average, height and a slim, but healthy, build.  His shoulder-length, wavy hair, beard, and mustache are of a silvery-white color, his intense eyes are an almost ice blue, and set in a face where his nose and jaws are elongated in a short snout, and his complexion has been covered by tiny, silvery scales.  His unusually broad smile is infectious, despite the revelation of sharp teeth.  His well-maintained homespun clothing is sturdy, utilitarian, and loose-fitting for ease of movement, consisting of an open, brown robe with a sash belt, roan-colored horsehair shirt, undyed slops tied at the waist, an undyed sash for a belt, an oiled broad-brimmed hat, and simple sandals, with additional undyed sashes wrapped about his forearms and shins/calves.  He seems to have no other belongings besides the simple staff he uses as a walking stick.  Sometimes, movement can be seen beneath his robe or shirt, with a small draconic head peeking out from time to time; his pseudodragon familiar often hides herself within his robe or horsehair shirt, wrapping herself around his torso to sleep.
