When Dawn Transforms, she seemingly is a woman in her early twenties.  She has long golden hair, wide violet eyes and a muscular figure.  She wears a tiara, jeweled sword belt and scabbard and a jeweled phoenix medallion.  The jewelry is gold, studded with rubies.  Her clothes are a long-sleeved tunic, pants, gloves and boots in fiery red.
