"Sweeney" as he prefers to be called is about thirty years old and of average build. He's usually wearing a Irish cap, sweater, and jeans especially since coming to Canada. Despite looking like scruff his beard is well cared for. HE has a habit of carrying a "pocket book" which is to say a book that fits in his pocket.

"Because you never know when you'll get a spare moment."

His eyes are always shifting around, glancing through windows or at people's faces. If he isn't smiling he is laughing, and has a habit of humming under his breath. Somehow he is always able to bypass bouncers and seems to know every bartender in the city. He's the type of guy you always expect to see, even if he doesn't belong there.
