Col. Thomas Hoxie

Hoxie enlisted with the 'Devil's Brigade' at its founding during WWII. He served as an enlisted soldier and received battlefield promotions to first lieutenant during the war. He has since served exclusively in First Special Services Force. Hoxie born in 1920 in Lapwai Idaho appears to be a fit man in his late thirties. He is a mutant but the limits of his powers are unknown.

At one time he was a member of the 1st Battalion, 3rd Company the specialized support group informally known as 'Spooks' or 'Voodoo' company. That unit is the 'magic' or psionic support for the combat elements. His role in that unit is unknown. Voodoo does not talk about what they do, only giving as much information as is necessary to the combat units. Colonel Hoxie is referred to as 'the Old Man' or 'the Devil' by members of the unit who call themselves 'the Devil's Children'.
