Alias: Vee-Vee (His cousins started it but he doesn't mind other people to use it)

Age: 25

Physical Description: 6'2 height. Blue eyes, light skinned though not pale. Easy to maintain short hair. Has a chin cleft. A toned body showing years of training. Callus on right middle finger near the fingernail showing extensive you use pen. There are some light scarring marks on various parts of his body from an old car accident happened in his childhood.

Personality: Easygoing and calm. Enjoys helping people, lazing around and not having anything to do for weeks. Stargazing (at a place without light pollution) is his favourite hobby. Also loves animals very much but after death of his turtle when he was at age 12 he didn't get a second pet. He doesn't want to lose another friend.

Motivation: Make people happy. He likes the idea of making a positive change in people's lives. Sometimes he wonder if he is a very selfish person simply enjoying act of helping people.

Powers: Mutant. Doesn't sleep. Can't sleep. Tires slowly. This gave him a lot of time focus on various kind of activities.

He also has a nanobot based light combat suit of his own design allows him to produce preprogrammed objects in an instant.

Weaknesses: Besides not tiring, he is virtually same as regular human. He is also maybe a little bit too obeying towards authority.

History: Victorio was born in Navarra, Spain. Father was a carpenter and mother was a kindergarten teacher. He grew up in a modest, happy and loving household. When he was 9 years old he lost his parents in a car accident during a road trip. So he had to move in with his aunt in USA.

His aunt was a pharmacist. She was married with 2 daughter both younger than Victorio. Her husband was doctor in US Military.

It took a bit while for Victorio to adjust his new home but his aunt's family accepted him like he was one of their own and Victorio tried his best to return the favour.

When his powers manifested - which was a rather subtle thing - his uncle helped him greatly to understand what was going on. Through his uncles connections he found himself in a military initiative and after years of training (in nights, mornings were for school), he has recently became a proper member of Devil's Children after getting masters degree in electrical engineering.
