Corporal of the Guard
This is a member of the Guard or Watch, who carries the rank of Corporal - signified by a yellow band around their right sleeve, just above the elbow.  Like regular guardsmen, their surcoat shows the arms of the keep - a yellow crenelated tower on a blue field - but theirs also has yellow trim along all the hems.
