Layla is a lovely young lady of Caucasian descent, a bit on the short side with a slender, toned build.  Her skin is fair, her eyes are brown, and her dark hair is long and wavy.  Her fashion sense can be a bit eclectic, although she often favors practical outfits and braided hair at school since the labs have a dress code for safety reasons.  Frankly, she manages to stand out in a crowd no matter what she's wearing.
