The small forest gnome in front of you is short about two and a half feet tall, probably about 30 pounds (soaking wet).  He is fully decked out in brown kilt; a durable leather belt of pouches and obvious tools, hammer, saw, chisel,  long sleeved grey tunic, a reversible (green/deep purple) gnome battle cloak; socks, sturdy boots and a button adorned oversized red scarf and finally cozy grey leg-warmers.
