A young survivor, turned during the French Revolution, having seen the uprising of the Vox Populi, now in effect through the Kindred world. Turning his attention to London, and acting in agency of the Carthian Movement, but others refuse to accept that anything has changed from the previous Invictus control, while others vehemently follow him. Rumour circulates that he employs vicious control to exert power, creating something akin to a totalitarian regime, be it a clandestine one, where opponents are silently removed, while yet others claim that he is little more than a puppet, answering to another power behind the throne.

While not without his supporters, those in the Carthians themselves are divided on their stance of their Premier, the now Prince of London, and his active opposition of the Circle causes them to be distrusted at every turn, if not for Nell and the fear of her retribution, the Circle might not have lasted as it has.
