Mikhail is a fairly thin man, more from lack of eating than anything else. Like many other mages cooped up in a tower for most of their lives, he is very pale, but by no means could anyone accuse him of being sickly. Since receiving permission to study and work abroad, he has taken the time to relax in comfort and outdoors within reason.

His typical garb consists of a hooded robe in lighter colors, typically grays or purples, supple boots and a similarly colored tunic with brown breaches, bound by a corded belt. A small pouch hangs of it, containing his various notes and belongings, most of which he chooses to leave in his room.

He walks with a standard mage's staff, with carved runework and a 'Sword of Mercy' etched on it for good measure. A second staff can be found in his belongings from his apprenticeship, but it is completely unadorned.
