Kinetik is a black man in his midthirties. He wears a skintight costume, red with a white “lightning bolt” motif, plus heavy black boots and shoulderpads and a half-face helmet with white lightning bolts on the sides. He’s lean, not heavily muscled, and his hair is cut short (or sometimes shaved off entirely).
