Ori Kami is a tall, slender man with shockingly white hair. It seems like a stiff breeze could easily knock him over, especially when combined with the large swirling cloak that he takes everywhere. His features are especially angular, and a careful inspection might almost say his face appears folded into place. Ornate glasses sit perched atop his nose.

In conversation, Ori is slow to speak but always attentive. He is known to have a penchant for speaking in haiku, and even when he reverts to normal prose he can still be difficult to understand. The cryptic ways in which he talks make it difficult for others to truly understand his motives, although he seems friendly enough and certainly has knowledge to go around.

His friends know that he ate the Paper Paper Fruit as a young child. The fruit was constantly folding itself into new shapes, and as any toddler would do he decided this delightful shape-changing item belonged in his mouth. This makes him an Origami Ori Kami, and his various folding abilities grant him many mysterious powers. He stays far away from significant flame, and hates the rain. He also seems to have no problem with stealing items of various kinds, although sometimes they seem to be hopelessly worthless in appearance.

He was instantly captivated by Leon D. Hart as soon as introductions were made, and is currently serving as a member of the crew.
