Luis is a Redcp, originally from the west coast but grew up somewhat nomadic. His parents were part of the Vagos Motorcycle Club and made their living running drugs on both sides of the border. Once his parents were picked up as part of a sting operation Luis ended up living on the streets until shortly after his Chrysalis when he was picked up and ended up in the Foster/Juvenile detention system. Since he grew out of the system he has worked the odd job either as a bouncer/thug or by preference improving on the cooking skills he learned in Juvie working to become a 'real cook, you know, a chef'. After all just because you can eat a buick doesn't mean you can't tell the difference between that and a plate of Huevos rancheros. Occasionally he teaches to share the wonder and joy of cooking and add to the Glamour in the world, or terrorize the kid and rip the dreams right out.
