Although Theo Bell led the charge calling all Brujah to leave the Camarilla, Vincent Martinez was the one that rallied them in Portland to join the Anarch Movement. Vincent, formerly the Brujah Primogen himself, vehemently disagreed with the widescale destruction of all the Thin-Bloods. Although he had a time where he tried to play politics around the issue, with the loss of their clan Justicar from the organization, he knew it was time for action.

The Anarch Rebellion in Portland was quite a large-scale attack which led to the Final Death of many ancillae and a few elders, but in the end, it wasn't enough. Vincent fled west where Camarilla control was weaker. Westbrook is a poor substitute for Portland, but his presence still pervades the city, as Anarch spies still flood the college crowd among the numerous campuses and universities in town.

While he remains at large, the Thin-Bloods flock to his ever growing legend. As the Sheriff and Scourge hunt the unknowing fledglings, they sometimes come across some in the know, taught by Anarchs to fight back or flee the city.

Although the Anarchs extoll his virtues, his childe, Veronica Suarez, can only comment bitterly at how far he's fallen. The Duskborn he rebelled to protect are used in increasingly desperate ways. No one can know if Vincent is still thinking about their safety in this war or if victory is all that matters.
