Tall, but not unusually so, Faelan is possessed of a nimble, lithe build.  Both his closely cropped hair and neatly trimmed beard are a dark shade of auburn.  His eyes, by contrast, are pools of dark brown that seem to constantly flit to and fro.

He's most commonly seen wearing well-worn riding leathers and clutching a stout wooden staff.
